Sunday afternoons, thunderstorms, and toast with Butter Lamb butt

Tea has gone cold and bitter but
it's comforting nonetheless.
There is something quite delightful in a lazy Sunday afternoon, particularly cool, drizzly, misty moments spent curled under a blanket with a pile of well buttered toast and hot tea. These are, without a doubt, my most favorite of days.

The dark recesses of the toaster under the cupboard,
in the shade of the coffee machine.
With half a butter lamb sitting waiting to be eaten, I pulled it out in place of the counter butter. Munching my way through crunchy toast that drips hot golden lamb on my shirt and sends bits of crust flying, I smile.
